Scott Conklin's Blue and White Tailgate
State Representative Scott Conklin and the College Dems will be participating in "The Great PA Cleanup!" in honor of Earth Day this Saturday. Participants are being asked to meet at 9:00am at 1524 West College Ave. (The office next to The Waffle Shop.) The Clearwater Conservancy has given us the task of culvert clean-up along Blue Course Drive.
After the clean-up, everyone is invited to Representative Conklin's Blue and White Tailgate near the Ag Arena at the corner of Park Ave and Fox Hollow Rd just outside of Beaver Stadium! Tailgate to begin approximately 12:00pm.
Help the planet in the morning then help yourself in the afternoon before enjoying the Blue and White Game!

And just to prove that we're not ignoring the 2008 presidential election, the 900lb gorrilla in every political living room, we have this dispatch from the Pennsylvania Young Democrats:
The Pennsylvania Democratic Party released its plan for how delegates are chosen to the Democratic National Convention in Denver. Guess what? They left us out. There is no current goals for people between 18-36, a reliably Democratic-voting constituency.
The Pennsylvania Young Democrats want to change that. We are asking the party to write guidelines that include young people.
